Every grade is checked for burst and edge crush before it becomes a carton.

Corrugated board is paper. Our cartons go back into the same recycling stream.

Bundles are counted and labelled, so what you receive matches the invoice.

Every order follows the same five steps, and you can follow yours in the client portal.
Brief and sizing
Tell us the product, its weight and how it ships. We recommend the board grade and carton size.
Sample and approval
We cut a sample so you can pack real product in it before a single run is booked.
Corrugation
Paper reels run through our corrugator to make 3, 5 or 7-ply board to your grade.
Print and die-cut
Flexo printing, slotting and die-cutting happen on the same floor, so nothing waits on a vendor.
Delivery
Cartons are bundled, counted and delivered to your warehouse on the agreed date.
